Can you provide a sample?
We can provide samples as you need. Of course, the sample freight costs should be paid. By the way, the sample fee will be returned when you place a large order.
What is your delivery time after finishing the payment or deposit?
1. For ready stock order, within 2-5days for quantity<500 pairs, 15days for quantity <1000pairs;
2. For ODM order, normally within 20-30days;
3. For OEM orders, it depends on the quantity and your special request.
Can you make our logo on your shoes?
Yes, we accept to do OEM business. Please send us your logo design, our designer will develop your logo on your shoe order professionally.
Can you fully achieve our design?
Our professional development team who work with top-ranking brands has enough experience with every new style. They will work on your spec and realize it as a prototype.
What is the payment term?
1. We accept the payment terms including T/T, Paypal, or LC
2. For ready stock orders, you need full payment before shipment.
3. For ODM or OEM orders, you need to pay 50% for the deposit before the production, and 50% for the balance before Shipped.
